I offer private music lessons tailored to your skill level and interest. Whether starting from the beginning or diving deep into a concept, I will cultivate a lesson plan that fits your schedule and will help you target the areas you’d like to see improvement.

Some of my areas of interest include: teaching efficient methods of practice, writing parts to music, counting odd time signatures and analyzing complex rhythms, and developing time, feel, dynamics, and independence.

In addition to teaching drums up to a professional level, I also provide piano instruction up to an advanced level and guitar and bass up to an intermediate level. I teach to ages 7 and above. My approach for teaching kids is fun and exploratory, focused on cultivating a love and appreciation for music and tailoring the approach to the particular interests and learning style of the individual.
